Our Process & Facility
Quality at Jalbala begins at the source, where tea samples from plantations are evaluated daily by trained tea tasters. Only carefully selected teas are acquired through auctions and blended to deliver consistent taste.
The manufacturing facility in Surat uses advanced blending and packaging systems, supported by an in-house quality control laboratory. End-to-end traceability of raw materials and finished products is managed through SAP-enabled systems, ensuring transparency and precision at every step.
